GRADUATION CELEBRATION REGISTRATION FORM

The Lathrop Juneteenth Heritage Committee is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of our city’s graduates. Please complete this form to register a graduate for recognition during the Lathrop Celebration. Submit all information by May 14. One form should be completed for each graduate.
